We offer dedicated modern training facilites
All of our courses are run by professionally qualified counsellors in our purpose built rooms with interactive LCD whiteboards.
We are working with a well known professional body to ensure our courses meet their strict criteria.
We will have guest speakers for certain subjects to provide you with a course that is fun, fulfilling and interesting along the way.
Our space
Our learning environment is freshly renovated, modern and inviting. It has plenty of beautiful natural light and lots of eco friendly day-light bulbs and floor lamps for working after dark. A fully serviced kitchenette with complementary tea, coffee and biscuits.
Our location
Training rooms are located on the first floor at 28 Clarence Street, Southend-on Sea. Close to the main High Street with a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Our street has Waterstones and Superdrug on the corner. Turn up Clarence Street and we are a few yards up on the right. Southend Central and Victoria train stations are nearby.
Our technology
Our tutors work from High tech LCD whiteboards which enables them to provide you with the best possible learning environment. They will use presentations and videos to enrich your learning experience. With Wifi and charging stations for your devices.
Our assessments
Unlike other training facilities where the tutor would normally sit in the room with you, at Counselling Training Hub we have invested in wall mounted iPads so the trainer can assess you from another room, elevating the whole process and experience, replicating a real therapy enviorment, making it more relaxing for you.
Our trainers
Our trainers are highly experienced and the course has been designed by counsellors for counsellors. This makes the course extremely relevant covering all aspects including the business side of things. Our tutors are not only experienced trainers, but they have years of counselling and supervision practice under their belts. They follow the ethical guidelines of their professional bodies and are extremely attentive and supportive
towards their students.
